Sade obtained her LLB degree Cum Laude in 2014. After graduating, she worked and attended an after-hours, full-time, compulsory course on practical legal training in which she was honoured as the overall best performer of her class. She has always had a passion for employment law and was fortunate enough to have been involved in complex, high-level employment matters prior to, and after, being admitted as an attorney in early 2018.
Sade has provided employment law advice to several local and international clients, particularly in the sectors of FMCG entertainment, media, aviation, technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distributing, building, construction, and mining. Her experience includes advising clients on various employment matters, including organisational restructures, collective labour law and disciplinary, grievance and compliance. In addition, she enjoys a litigious practice representing Clients in the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court.
Sade has a keen interest in outdoor fitness. She also enjoys reading and spending quality time with friends and family, bird watching and photography.

St. Elmo was admitted as an attorney, notary, and conveyancer in 1984. He holds three degrees: B.Com, LLB and LLM.
St. Elmo's practice was predominantly litigation-based until 1987. During this time, he was involved in insurance, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. St. Elmo became involved in employment law in 1985, the inception of the dispensation when employment law rights were extended to all employees in South Africa. By 1987, he exclusively practised as an employment lawyer.
Initially, he represented both trade unions and employers in employment matters, but since 1991 he predominantly represented employers. St. Elmo often appears on behalf of his clients in employment tribunals and has been cited in reported decisions. He has also acted as an assessor in the former Labour Appeal Court and as a judge in the Labour Court.
St. Elmo represents both local and international clients in respect of their employment related-matters in Southern Africa. He has built up a strong following in the audit and advisory, automotive, building, construction, and infrastructure development industries. He also has a strong client list in FMCG, freight and transportation, manufacturing, metal & engineering, mining, pharmaceutical & health care, retail, technology and tyre.
For numerous years, St. Elmo has been a contributor to the South African content of the World Bank's publication, Doing Business in South Africa. He has also contributed to several publications on South African employment law. Chambers Global Guide has recognised St. Elmo as a leading employment lawyer since 2016, while the Legal 500 EMPA has recognised him for employment law since 2017.
St. Elmo has a keen interest in outdoor life and actively pursues scuba-diving and game viewing – particularly bird watching. He is also an avid cyclist and enjoys everything mountain biking (MTB), often taking his "fat"
bike to the beach.
